If the car does not start, the battery will not be used for a long time. You must turn off all the power supplies in the RV and check whether there is a discharge current in the battery. If there is, it should be clarified that you have not turned off all the electrical appliances. Don't think that turning off some high-power electrical appliances will be finished, and low-power electrical appliances can also consume the battery.
The built-in battery may have discharge maintenance function, but if you leave the battery there for a long time with zero power, the life of the battery will also be affected, and even the battery will starve to death, causing the battery to be unable to charge and discharge. The battery is a chemical product, which will be kept in a relatively active state only after a long time of use, or it will reduce the life of the battery chemicals.
Under the condition of standing still and not being used, the power supply operation shall be conducted once every 2-3 months.
If the battery is bulging, smelly, noisy or smoking, stop using it. Call the manufacturer immediately to replace it for free. If the battery is short circuited and self ignites, please stay away immediately and do not try to extinguish it.
Which is the appropriate environment for storing batteries? The storage temperature of ambition is 5 to 20 degrees, with a maximum of 50 degrees. So try to park the RV in a shady place, or put a protective cover on the RV to prevent high temperature in summer.
The battery storage environment should be kept dry. Do not put the battery in a wet and leaking place. Close the window and skylight. If the battery does not have the function of soaking and waterproof, it is better to prevent the battery from being invalidated due to rainstorm.
In case of rain, water leakage will invade the local area of the battery to form a short circuit. Flammable, combustible and explosive materials are not allowed to be placed around the battery. In case of any problem, these materials will have a more severe reaction with the battery. New and old batteries should also be stored separately.
