The R&D team of Xi'an Yasong New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. spent 5 years starting from theory to develop a new set of fast charging technology. At the end of 2016, it completed simulation, principle prototype, engineering prototype, test experiment, patent application and All preliminary work, including finalizing the first-generation technology, has now officially begun product prototype research and development, and its products will be officially launched on the market this year.
This technology is a set of fast charging technology developed based on the physical and chemical principles of lithium batteries and lead-acid batteries. It has a good technical foundation and industry-leading advancement. Its core involves modern measurement, information processing, microcomputer process control, supercapacitor energy storage and other front-end application technologies. Rapidity
Rapidity is the first characteristic of this technology. The first-generation technology that has been finalized has achieved a charging rate of 2C for lithium batteries and 1C for lead-acid batteries, which means that lithium batteries can be fully charged in half an hour and lead-acid batteries can be fully charged in one hour. At the same time, this technology theory can achieve a charging rate of 32C, that is, the charging time is less than 2 minutes.
In the project, 5 types of commercially available fast-charging mobile phone chargers and second-generation engineering prototypes were used to charge the same battery for 10 minutes and discharge it through the same discharge measurement platform. The discharge amounts were compared and the fast-charging performance of various products and prototypes was quantitatively evaluated. safety
The battery does not over-voltage, over-current or over-temperature during the charging process, and does not over-load (≥2C) during the discharging process. These are the basic elements to ensure the safety and life of the battery. This system ensures that the battery does not over-heat during the entire charging process from the hardware design, software algorithm and control strategy. The voltage and high current do not exceed the limit, and the battery temperature rises slightly at room temperature. It is a fast and safe charging process, and there is no battery safety hazard.
compatibility
Since the research basis of this technology is the physical and chemical principles of lithium batteries and lead-acid batteries, it has compatible applications for lithium batteries and lead-acid batteries. That is, both lithium batteries and lead-acid batteries can be quickly charged using this technology, and batteries with the same properties and different capacities can also be used compatiblely. In this way, this technology can effectively charge more than 95% of power batteries, more than 80% of industrial energy storage equipment, and 100% of electronic products, and has a wide range of market applications.
Adaptability
This performance refers to the intelligent identification and fast, efficient, and safe charging capabilities of batteries of different capacities, different qualities, inefficiencies, and even scrapped batteries. It is also a reflection of the functions, uses, reliability, and adaptability of charging equipment. Traditional charging technology cannot charge inefficient or even scrapped lithium batteries. The battery will be over-voltage (exceeding the 4.3V threshold) within 1 minute. That is, various current charging equipment cannot achieve adaptive charging. However, lithium batteries in an inefficient and scrapped state still have more than 85% of their capacity available, thus causing a certain degree of waste of resources. This technology and products can quickly recharge or fully charge the battery in an inefficient battery state, indirectly extending the battery life by about 3-5 times. On the one hand, it saves resources, and on the other hand, it also reduces the cost of battery application projects. Effectiveness plays an important role.
