Lithium battery has the advantages of light weight, small size, large capacity, no memory effect and so on, so it is widely used. However, assembling lithium battery also has certain risks. The following problems must be paid attention to when assembling lithium battery.
(1) All wires must be firmly connected. Exposed copper wires must not touch each other (including interpenetration), which can easily damage the controller and cause maintenance of lithium battery maintenance board, resulting in a light off condition. Short circuit between wires shall be prevented during installation.
(2) The waiting time for lighting up in the wiring process will vary according to the time set by the controller. The capacity of the lithium battery pack is generally semi electric when leaving the factory. The lighting will be dimmed during the first installation, which is a normal scale. The lighting will normally be on 2-3 days after normal charging.
(3) The lithium battery pack is generally installed in the daytime, not at night.
(4) In terms of the use of the electric core, it includes the maintenance of the aluminum plastic composite film, the top edge sealing (the edge sealing of the pole handle end), the side edge sealing, and the pole handle, as well as the methods to prevent mechanical impact and short circuit.
(5) The battery cell shall be positioned reliably. After the lithium battery cell is assembled, it shall be fastened and reliable in the shell without movement, so that the entire lithium battery structure is in a consolidated state.
